Energy Savings & Procurement Strategies
These strategies provide building owners and operators with equipment and services to reduce energy costs and related expenses. This includes a broad range of energy solutions including design and implementation of energy savings projects, retrofitting, energy conservation and management, energy infrastructure, outsourcing, power generation, and energy supply and risk management.
- To provide innovative financing
- Building owners/developers benefit from the energy savings and pay a fee in return. It is crucial that the energy savings is guaranteed and are to exceed the fee
- INVIRO starts by performing an analysis of the property and then develops/designs an energy efficient solution to install and maintain the system to ensure energy savings during the payback
- The savings in energy costs are used to pay back the capital investment of the project over a five to twenty year period or reinvest into the building to allow for further capital upgrades
- INVIRO has experience and technical management capabilities to identify and evaluate energy cost saving opportunities, and provide for engineering, packaging, procurement, installation, maintenance and measurement of cost effective energy saving
