Mechanical & Electrical
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering encompasses all of the building’s operational systems including; air quality, heating, cooling, plumbing and drainage functions, lighting, security, audio visual, power, as well as all specified, user-required systems such as specialized computer control systems.
Management
This entails the overall plan and management of mechanical and electrical systems, including both design and implementation of a project’s systems. We deliver our part of the project on time and within budget.
Inspections
Our inspections staff ensures full compliance with drawings and specifications. They oversee all phases of construction to guard against potential delays, cost over-runs, deficiencies, building code violations and safety hazards.
Commissioning
When a project approaches completion, our commissioning team swings into action. They work with builders and building owners to ensure proper set-up and functioning of the systems we install. Our participation is not complete until everyone is confident of a comfortable, trouble-free occupancy.
Design Reviews
This portion of a project’s development includes evaluating and verifying any issues within a design. It is completed by a design team member and can be issued for both new construction projects and retrofit projects.
Engineers recognize the high costs of correcting a fault late in the design phase. In order to avoid this, we provide engineered simulations and examinations early in the design phase, to assure that specific criteria and regulations are being met before committing to further work.

Building Automation System (BAS)
The purpose of BAS is to monitor and control various systems within a building that contribute to the overall operational performance. We can implement a BAS system to track important energy data, allowing us to pinpoint areas where increased efficiency and further opportunities for energy savings can be achieved.
